Theo's Abstract Advent 2022
This year are class took part in the abstract advent 2022 challenge were we had to take pictures inspired by they concepts given to us over the Christmas break. When are teacher first introduced this challenge in class I thought it would be really annoying trying to do this in my spare time off. I first didn't follow the 1 picture a day rule and took many at a time but as the project went on I started to try and follow these rule. I found this to work as I wasn't stressing over getting multiple done at once but actual thinking in depth about how to produce these photograph. Some days were easier then other such as day 23 and 24 as I just used things that obvious around me but day 2 and 13 took me more time as I wanted to incorporate more components then just the ones given to us. I did this by using the reflection of the glasses to show my girlfriend and my hands holding my phone, this was achieved by having my friend holding the glasses. Next year when I achieve this I will try and spend more time thing about the composition and lighting because I struggled with that this year. To give an example of that, has to be about shadows. The problem with this was because my room has a dim light it picks up shadows really easily so when I'm trying to get a birds eye view of the object you can see my shadow casting over the picture.
